3D printing accuracy depends on the printing process, material, part size, wall thickness, and structure. It is mainly suitable for rapid design verification, appearance review, and assembly testing. Critical dimensions can be reviewed according to drawings before production. ±Typical 3D printed prototype tolerance can range from ±0.10 mm to ±0.30 mm depending on the material, printing process, part geometry, and post-processing requirements. Tighter tolerance areas can be reviewed separately.
