    What information do you need for a quotation?+

    For quotation, we usually need 2D drawings, 3D files, material requirements, surface finish requirements, tolerance requirements, quantity, and any special assembly or testing requirements. If drawings are not available, samples or reference photos can also help us evaluate the project.

    What file formats do you accept for quotation?+

    We accept common 2D and 3D file formats such as PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, STP, IGS, IGES, X_T, and STL. STEP or STP files are preferred for 3D structure review, while PDF drawings are useful for checking tolerances, surface finish, and special requirements.

    Do you support both prototype and mass production?+

    Yes. We can support prototype making, small-batch production, mold development, injection molding production, and follow-up mass production. The suitable process depends on part structure, material, quantity, tolerance, and final application.

    What materials can you process?+

    We can process common metals and engineering plastics, including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, ABS, PC, POM, Nylon, and other materials depending on project requirements. The final material should be selected according to strength, appearance, temperature resistance, wear resistance, and cost.

    What tolerance can you achieve?+

    Tolerance depends on material, part size, structure, process, and inspection requirements. For CNC machined parts, tighter tolerances may be possible depending on the drawing. For injection molded parts, tolerance should be evaluated based on material shrinkage, mold structure, and production conditions.

    Can you help with DFM review?+

    Yes. For plastic injection mold and injection molding projects, we can review part structure, wall thickness, draft angle, gate location, parting line, shrinkage risk, and possible molding issues before tooling starts.
