Project Inquiries & Quotations

Submitting a project inquiry, RFQ, or drawing to Yinuomold does not constitute a binding order or contract. A formal manufacturing agreement is only established upon written confirmation of a purchase order and acceptance by Yinuomold.

All quotations provided by Yinuomold are based on the drawings, specifications, and project details submitted by the client at the time of inquiry. Quotations are subject to change if the project scope, materials, tolerances, or other requirements are modified after the initial quotation is issued.

DFM (Design for Manufacturability) evaluations and feasibility assessments provided by Yinuomold are offered in good faith as a technical support service. They do not constitute a guarantee of final product performance or suitability for the client's specific application.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Yinuomold is not liable for manufacturing errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information provided by the client.

04

Intellectual Property

All drawings, designs, technical files, product specifications, and other intellectual property submitted by the client to Yinuomold remain the exclusive property of the client. Yinuomold will not use, reproduce, share, or disclose client-submitted intellectual property for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed manufacturing project.

All content on the Yinuomold website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and branding materials, is the property of Yinuomold and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any website content without prior written permission from Yinuomold.

Clients represent and warrant that they have the legal right to use and share all drawings, designs, and specifications submitted to Yinuomold. Yinuomold is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from client-submitted materials.

05

Confidentiality

Yinuomold understands that clients may share sensitive business information, product designs, and technical data during the course of a project. We treat all client-submitted information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the client's prior written consent, except as required by applicable law.

If a client requires a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing project details, Yinuomold is willing to review and sign an appropriate NDA. Please contact us before submitting any sensitive project information if you require a formal NDA in place.

Yinuomold may use aggregated, anonymized, or non-identifying project information for internal process improvement purposes. No client-identifiable information will be used in any marketing, case study, or public communication without the client's explicit written consent.

06

Payment Terms

Payment terms for each project will be specified in the quotation or purchase order confirmation. Standard payment terms may include a deposit payment before production commences, with the balance due prior to or upon shipment, depending on the project type and order value.

Specific payment terms, accepted payment methods, and currency details will be agreed upon between Yinuomold and the client on a per-project basis. All pricing is typically quoted in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Yinuomold reserves the right to hold production or shipment if payment obligations are not met according to the agreed terms. Any additional costs incurred due to delays caused by late payment may be passed on to the client.

All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, shipping costs, and any other charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quotation.

07

Quality & Inspection

Yinuomold is committed to practical quality control throughout the manufacturing process, including incoming material checking, in-process inspection, dimensional inspection, appearance inspection, and final inspection before shipment.

All parts are manufactured in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and tolerances agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Any claims related to part quality, dimensions, or appearance must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period after receiving the goods, accompanied by supporting evidence such as photographs, measurement reports, or inspection records.

Yinuomold's liability for quality claims is limited to the repair, rework, or replacement of the non-conforming parts, or a credit toward a future order, at Yinuomold's sole discretion. Yinuomold is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages resulting from product quality issues.

Clients are encouraged to conduct their own incoming inspection upon receipt of goods. Acceptance of goods without a timely quality claim will be considered final acceptance.

08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yinuomold's total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Yinuomold for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Yinuomold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the use of our services, even if Yinuomold has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Yinuomold is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, transportation delays, or other force majeure events.
